Not every item is compatible. Some materials, shapes, or sizes don't work well with LEDs. We'll always tell you upfront if we can't do what you're hoping for.
Shipping is on you, both ways. We'll pack your item carefully for the return, but we aren't responsible for damage in transit. Use a tracked, insured service.
Props with moving parts need special wiring consideration. We design for the motion so nothing snags, wraps, or breaks mid-spin.
Battery life varies by build size and pattern intensity, but most pieces run 3–8 hours per charge. We'll spec the battery to match your use case.
